A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marc Drescher, Massageliegenhaus, Chausseestraße 104, 10115 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 30 - 245 34 944, E-Mail: service@massageliegenhaus.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. A letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods that cannot normally be returned to us by post due to their nature (forwarding goods) are estimated at a maximum of about 50 euros for each such good.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us free of charge.

3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
