With the Massageliegenhaus newsletter, we regularly inform you about exciting news on Practice supplies, treatment tables, therapy accessories, and massage tools.

You will also be the first to learn about sales promotions and can secure current offers before anyone else discovers them! With exclusive vouchers for newsletter subscribers, you can always get treatment tables and much more at the best price.

You can subscribe to our newsletter at any time by clicking on the newsletter banner at the very bottom of the homepage.

Of course, you can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Simply click the "unsubscribe newsletter" link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Alternatively, you can simply send us an email to service@massageliegenhaus.com, and we will remove you from our mailing list.

If you have found your new Therapy treatment table or therapy accessories in our shop, add them to your shopping cart by clicking the corresponding button. For items with color and/or size variations, you must first select a color and/or size and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the shop or by adding more products. From here, you can review your pre-selected products at any time and complete your order by clicking "Proceed to Checkout."

A valid email, billing, and shipping address are required for a successful order completion.

At the end of the ordering process, you have the option of redeeming your discount in the “Enter voucher code” field. Please make sure that you spell it correctly and pay attention to upper and lower case.

The estimated delivery time is stated in the respective item description. Within Germany, this is usually approximately 1-3 business days. Deliveries abroad take approximately 3-7 business days (with the payment method "advance payment," after receipt of payment). For freight forwarding goods and items shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

We ship our goods exclusively with the shipping service providers DPD and GLS, so delivery to a DHL Packstation is unfortunately not possible.

As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail including a tracking number. With this number, the delivery status can be tracked directly on the parcel service provider's website. If a package has not arrived, please send us an e-mail to service@massageliegenhaus.com. In this case, we will file an inquiry with the shipping service provider and work towards a quick solution.

Inquiries about ongoing orders

If the status of your order is "Delivered" in the shipment tracking but you have not received your goods, please first check whether your package has been left with a neighbor or at a parcel shop.

If this is not the case, please contact our customer service via email at service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Have you had a change of heart? If you wish to cancel your order, simply send us a cancellation request via email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

After we have reviewed and successfully cancelled your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the outstanding amount will be refunded within 14 days.

If your order is already on its way to you at the time of your message, we regret that we can no longer cancel it. In this case, we ask you to refuse acceptance of the order and send us a brief email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Unfortunately, due to system-related reasons, it is not possible to subsequently change your order. To return an item, please refer to this page for your right of withdrawal:

At the same time, you can reorder your desired item. Once the returned item has arrived with us, we will refund the purchase price.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided no later than 24 hours after placing your order.

If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder. If you don't see the order confirmation there either, you can simply send us a short email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Shipping and payment conditions

Subsequent changes to the delivery address of an existing order are generally only possible if the goods have not yet left our warehouse. In this case, please send an email to service@massageliegenhaus.com as soon as possible.

We generally issue refunds using the same payment method you used during the order process. This ensures that the refund is always credited to the bank account from which you made the payment.

Payments will be refunded within 14 days. If you have not received the credit after this period, please send us an email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.
