Return order

Dear customer, if you are not satisfied, we will take back your order within 30 days .

In 4 steps: Return your item quickly and smoothly, here's how:

1. Get in touch

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return your order, please contact us first and exclusively by email at: service@massageliegenhaus.com

The following information is required:

• Order number , invoice number , or your customer number
• Which item would you like to return?
• How much of the item would you like to return?
• A brief statement regarding the reason for the return.

2. Wait for the return slip and return label.

We will send you an email with your return slip and a return label within 3 working days of receiving your request.

3. Pack the goods carefully

Please pack the goods in such a way that they can survive the return shipment without damage - ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging, if still available.

• Place the return slip in the package .
• Stick the return label onto the box in such a way that the original shipping label is no longer visible (remove the shipping label if necessary).

4. Send your return shipment

Once everything is packed, you can take the package to the nearest branch of our shipping service provider DPD. or bring it via DHL . We'll take care of everything else!

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 14 days of handing the return over to the shipping company. Please keep the shipping company's return receipt until you have received your refund.
