The Hot Stone Massge is a traditional form of massage, rediscovered - the warm stones are placed on the body and also used to massage the tissue. The beneficial warmth of the stones penetrates the body, helping the muscles to relax, soothing the whole system. The warm stones stimulate the blood circulation and encourage detoxification.
The polished basalt stones hold the warmth for a long time and the different sized stones allow an optimal placement on the whole body.
The stones are warmed in a water bath of approximately 45 - 55°C.
