With its individually adjustable backrest (-40° to +65°) and footrest (-40° to +65°), 5 cm of padding, and the use of durable and easy-care MED PVC, the SOFIA therapy couch offers optimal comfort with a maximum load/lifting capacity of 250 kg.

With its four large, retractable wheels and a weight of 64 kg, the SOFIA therapy couch is easy to move, offering maximum flexibility in your daily practice. Its generous dimensions of 195 cm long and 66 cm wide, and its height adjustable from 47.5 cm to 91.5 cm via a circular switch, guarantee both a comfortable lying experience for the patient and an optimal, back-friendly working height for the therapist.

Certification and security

The SOFIA therapy bench is certified according to the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745, Class 1 , and complies with the current recommendations of the BfArM (Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices) on "Integrated Safety," which prevents accidental activation of the electric height adjustment.

An automated motor ensures that the table automatically returns to a safe standby mode after the procedure. If the user wishes to restart the table, a deliberate double-tap of the control element is required to unlock the treatment table from a standby mode. The height adjustment must then be performed within three seconds before the table automatically returns to standby mode. This prevents unintentional height adjustment.

Included are a circumferential height adjustment rail, a face hole with a filling pad, and a paper roll holder.
