Most questions concern delivery times, shipping costs and purchase on account. If your question remains unanswered, write to us – we reply within one working day.
Stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. For special colours, special upholstery or custom-made items we confirm the delivery date to you in writing in advance.
Within Germany we deliver free of shipping charges from an order value of 149 €. Below this order value we charge a flat shipping rate, which is shown to you in the basket before you buy. For deliveries abroad we will gladly prepare an individual quotation.
Practices, clinics, schools and public institutions can request purchase on account. Please send us your order together with the invoice address using the form on this page and select Business customers, practices & schools as the subject. We will review your request and confirm the payment terms to you in writing.
The statutory warranty applies to all tables. Depending on the model, a manufacturer warranty on frame and mechanism is added – the exact duration is stated in the documents for your model, and we are happy to tell you in advance. We keep spare parts such as upholstery, head rests and foot caps available long term. Please have your order number to hand for a warranty enquiry.
Portable massage tables are ready for use immediately – unfold, set the height, done. Therapy and treatment tables are delivered largely pre-assembled; as a rule only the feet, head section and accessories need to be fitted. Instructions are enclosed with every table, and we will guide you by phone if anything is unclear.
As a consumer you have a statutory right of cancellation. Please register the return briefly with your order number and reason so that we can arrange collection or return shipping. You will find all conditions under Cancellation & returns.
