Create a customer account
It is very easy to create your own customer account on Massageliegenhaus.com: click on "My Account" in the top bar of our shop. Please fill in all the compulsory fields of the registration page.
Under "Your password" please assign a freely selected personal password. To make this particularly safe, we recommend a length of at least 6 characters, the use of special characters, numbers, as well as capital and small letters. Please remember your password and your e-mail address, since you will need these credentials for future login.
Confirm your details by clicking on the "Next" button. You will then be redirected to your new user account.
Change customer data
In your Massageliegenhaus.com account, you can change your name, email address and password at all times, as and also save the delivery and billing addresses.
To store the data, please click on the respective "Change" button and fill in the window that opens accordingly.
Confirm your changes by clicking on the "Save" button.
Delete a customer account
If you have no further use for your customer account, you can delete your customer account at any time.
If you would like us to process the deletion of your customer account for you, please feel free to send us an e-mail with the corresponding request to [email protected]

With the newsletter of Massageliegenhaus, we regularly inform you about exciting news on topics like equipment for your surgery/studio, treatment tables, therapy accessories and massage tools.
Furthermore, you will be the first to learn about sales promotions and get up-to-date offers before others discover them! The exclusive vouchers for newsletter subscribers assure the treatment tables and a lot more at the very best price for you.
You can register for our newsletter at any time by clicking on the newsletter banner at the bottom of the home page.
Of course, you can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. All you need to do is press the "Unsubscribe from newsletter" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Alternatively, you can simply send us an email to [email protected] and we will remove you from our mailing list.
If you have found your new treatment table or therapy accessories in our shop, place it in the shopping cart by clicking on the respective button. For items with colour and/or size options, you must first select a colour and/or size, and then select the "Add to Cart" button. You can also reach your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the shop or by adding more products. There you can also check your pre-selected products at any time and complete your order by clicking on "Go to checkout".
Please note that for the successful completion of your order, a valid e-mail address as well as correct invoice and delivery addresses are required.
Forgot your password
Forgot your password? Don't worry! In the Login area of your customer account, you will find the "Forgot your password?" option underneath the input field. There you can enter your e-mail address and request the generation and transmission of a new password by clicking the "Submit" button.
Redeem discount code
At the end of the order process you have the option to redeem your discount in the "Enter voucher code" field. Please pay attention to the correct spelling and observe the upper or lower case writing.
Time of delivery
The estimated time of delivery is specified in the respective item description. Within Germany, the delivery usually takes about 1-3 working days. Deliveries abroad require approx. 3-7 working days (in case you selected the "advance payment" option, the goods will be dispatched after each payment has been received). For the delivery of goods and items that are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer, the delivery time may take a little longer.
Our products are being shipped exclusively by the service provider DPD and GLS, so that we regret the delivery to a DHL packing station is not possible.
Status of delivery
As soon as the goods are dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification including the tracking number by e-mail. With this number, the delivery status can be followed directly on the website of the parcel service provider. If a package has not arrived, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. In this case, we are going to submit an investigation request to the shipping service provider and will do our best to find a quick solution.
Incorrect delivery status
If the tracking status of your order is "Delivered" but you have not received any goods, please check at first whether your parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or to a parcel shop.
If this is not the case, please feel free to contact our customer service via email at [email protected].
Change or cancel your order
Have you changed your mind? If you wish to cancel your order, you can simply send us a cancellation request by e-mail to [email protected].
After checking and successfully cancelling your order, we will send you a confirmation email and pay back the refundable amount within 14 days.
If the order is already on its way to your place at the time of your message, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, we ask you to refuse to accept the order and send us a brief e-mail to [email protected].
Unfortunately, due to systemic reasons, it is not possible to change your order retrospectively. If you wish to return an item, please use our withdrawal form:
At the same time you can reorder your desired item. As soon as the returned item has arrived, we will refund you the purchase price.
Missing order confirmation or invoice
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address that you have provided no later than 24 hours after your order.
In case you have not received any order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If there is no order confirmation, just send us a little note to [email protected].
Shipping Terms and Payment Conditions
When purchasing our goods, you can easily pay through PayPal, Paypal Installment, advance payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, AmazonPay, Giropay, Klarna Sofort, Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment purchase.
From a minimum order value of €99, we deliver all items free of charge within Germany. (Exception: delivery to islands (up to €22.90)
For the sake of environmental protection, we try to send as few packages as possible. It can therefore happen that products that are already available are only dispatched with the products that are available at a later date.
Those goods which require delivery by a shipping company will be delivered to the closest public kerbstone to the delivery address. The shipping company will place the goods in front of the first closed front-door. The relocation of the goods as well as the disposal of the packing material (including a wooden panel sized 2 x 1 m) will be at your charge. The shipping company shall contact you before delivery in order to arrange a delivery date. Furthermore, we will forward you the tracking number as well as the contact details of the shipping company.

How to change the delivery address
A retroactive change of the delivery address for an existing order is only possible if the goods have not yet left our warehouse. In this case, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]
We will always refund your balance using the same payment method used in the ordering process. This means that you will always receive the refund to the bank account from which you made the payment.
The payments will be refunded within 14 days. If you have not received the credit after this period, please send us an e-mail to [email protected].
How to place a complaint
We thoroughly check each product for material and manufacturing quality before shipping. If even though, you notice that the content of your parcel is damaged or the quality of the item does not correspond to what you expected, you can of course object to the goods.
The procedure is very simple: First of all, let us know the reasons for your complaint and send us photos of the product by e-mail to [email protected] in case of damage.
We check each case individually and get back to you as soon as possible in order to find the best solution together.
How to return some items
It is not easy to figure out whether a treatment table is the right one for you. That’s why for us, it goes without saying that you do not have to take any unnecessary risk.
Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will take your order back within 30 days.
Please note the following points to make sure your return will be as quick and easy as possible:
- If you wish to return your order, please contact us by e-mail to [email protected]
- We will then send you a return receipt and a shipping label by e-mail.
- If possible, please pack the goods in a way that they don’t suffer any damage during the return shipment – the best solution would be to pack them in the undamaged original shipping packaging, if you still have it. Then you place the return receipt inside the package and stick the label on the delivery box making sure that the original shipping label is no longer visible (remove the shipping label if necessary).
- Once everything is packed, you can take the package to the nearest subsidiary of our shipping service provider DPD or GLS. We will handle all the rest for you!
If your return delivery consists of bulky goods that have been delivered by a shipping company (e.g. therapy tables), of course, you do not have to take it to the shipping service provider yourself. In this case, the shipping company will pick up the goods from your place. We arrange the return shipment for you. Please note, however, that unfortunately we have no direct influence on the pick-up date.
- In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the return shipping costs for you.
- If an item is to be returned because you don’t like it, there is a shipping fee of €6.90 (DPD or GLS) for massage accessories and consumables, €12.90 (DPD or GLS) for mobile massage tables. The return fee for therapy tables needs to be asked for individually.
- The cost of return shipping may vary between the different parcel service providers. You are free to use a service provider of your choice. On request, we will send you a return sticker from DPD or GLS by e-mail with the above-mentioned costs.
- The return shipment from a destination abroad is to be asked for individually.
